The resort is located in the southern part of the city of Dzierżoniów, about 50 km from Wrocław and the A4 motorway, 40 km from the border with the Czech Republic and 10 km from the beautiful Sowie Mountains, with the highest peak Wielka Sowa 1015 m above sea level, which is an excellent base starting point in summer and winter.
The Sport and Recreation Center in Dzierżoniów has a hotel with 85 beds in double, triple rooms and 3 apartments. The rooms are equipped with bathroom with shower, TV-Sat, telephone and wireless Internet.
The resort guarantees full board for guests (also in the form of a Swedish buffet). It is also possible to organize a barbecue dinner.
The teams that are present at the sports camps at the Center have at their disposal:
- conference room equipped with a projector, screen, TV, flipchart;
- physiotherapy room with dry massage table, cryotherapy device (exclusive);
- dry and infrared sauna;
- Jacuzzi;
- cold bath well;
- cloakroom, where the team can store their equipment and use it during training sessions or sparring matches (exclusive);
- the gym;
- entrance to the outdoor pool.
The resort also has an indoor pool with biological regeneration in the form of hydrotherapy. The complex is located about 500 meters from the Center, up to 5 minutes on foot.
The resort has a pool table, table football, table tennis tables and a climbing wall with an instructor. You can also play tennis on an artificial court or with a brick surface or badminton outside and in the hall.
The Sports and Recreation Center has:
- 2 football grass pitches: 100 x 66 m with a tartan athletics track and 100 x 60 m,
- a football pitch with artificial grass surface measuring 92 x 70 m with lighting (250 lux),
- a grass football pitch with an auditorium for 3500 seats at the Municipal Stadium about 2 km away with full sanitary facilities,
- sports and entertainment hall with dimensions of 48x24 m, fully equipped with sports devices.
An undoubted advantage of the Center is the fact that the players sleep, eat and train in one connected complex, which greatly facilitates their movement in training clothes or for renewal.
The center has experience in organizing football, handball or basketball camps.
