The sports center "Kolejarz" Katowice is located in the Wełnowiec district, on the border of Katowice and Siemianowice Śląskie, not far from the Municipal Stadium and the Silesian Park. A bit off the beaten track from the main road, tucked away in a residential area, thanks to which training takes place in a calm atmosphere.
The strength of the complex is the grouping of all training facilities within the boundaries of one fenced area. They are located here:
full-size football pitch with artificial 3rd generation surface, football pitch with artificial second generation surface size 60m x 30m, sports hall with parquet surface size 35m x 20m and gym.
The facility is the headquarters of the football team "Kolejarz" Katowice, and also serves all Katowice sports teams, with GKS Katowice and Rozwojem Katowice at the forefront.
